Any use of Cyril Darensbourg's IP for AI model training, fine-tuning, dataset curation, or embedding generation requires the Full Exclusive Buy-Out license with the Model Collapse Prevention Addendum. This clause prohibits derivative AI outputs from being re-ingested without attribution, compensation, and rights reversion provisions. Unauthorized AI use will be prosecuted under DMCA §1202 and applicable copyright law.
